Treat Bag and Matching Card

At the recent quarter Jem's training, we made this wonderful project which is perfect for a small birthday gift for a friend.  I also made a matching card with the remaining paper.  Well I say paper; it is more like thin card and is brilliant for making boxes and bags.

The paper for the bag is Natural Composition Speciality paper.  The pink paper is from the In Colour Designed Paper Stack with matching cardstock in Raspberry Ripple, one of the new colours for 2012-13.

The new Vintage Faceted Designer Buttons just go with anything and everything.  The pack has 24 buttons in three different sizes so plenty for all your cards and projects.

The flower is made from 5 layers of punched flowers using the Blossom Punch.  The punched flowers have been dampened, scrunched and layered to give a 3D effect. 

 

 



The card has been made from the remaining paper with a butterfly punched out using the new Elegant Butterfly punch with another of the Vintage Faceted Designer Buttons in the middle.
