I've used the Nursery Suite of papers again which, as you can see, can be used for just about anything. The flowers are made using the 1 1/4" circle punch. The punched out circles have been spritzed, scrunched up, layered and left to dry.
The tag has been left loose so that a personal message can be written on the back.
