I used Pumpkin Pie to stamp the text and then Chocolate Chip to stamp the leaf over the top. The edge of shape was also inked with Pumpkin Pie to soften it. So simple yet so effective.
I've added a layer of Brights DSP and a piece of Striped Grosgrain Ribbon in Pumpkin Pie to finish it off. The button is another stamp from the French Foliage stamp set which has been cut out using a punch and then covered in Crystal Effects to make it shine.
