I've used Brights DSP as the background to the card and then used the Neighbourhood Wheel on the Jumbo Roller to make the street of houses. The houses have been coloured in using a variety of pens.
The sentiment is from the So Happy For You stamp set which has been punched out with the Modern Label punch. The two little stars are from the Itty Bitty Bits stamp set and punched out with the matching Itty Bitty Shapes punch set.
